When you book a Qurbani through our website, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number. If you select local delivery, we additionally collect your delivery address (street, city, state, ZIP, and any delivery notes you provide). We do not collect payment-card details — all card data is handled directly by Square.

How We Use Your Information

• To manage your Qurbani booking, slaughter slot, and fulfillment
• To email you order updates — confirmation, animal reservation, slaughter completion, balance invoice, and pickup/delivery notification
• To contact you by phone if we need to reach you about your order
• To process deposit and balance payments through Square
• To plan delivery routes for orders with the delivery fulfillment option

Communications

We communicate with you only by email through this booking system. We do not send SMS or text messages, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages. Order emails are transactional and part of the service you booked.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share your information only with the service providers required to deliver your order:

• Square — for payment processing (deposit and balance invoices). Your card details are handled by Square directly and are never visible to us.
• Supabase — the cloud database where your order, contact, and payment records are stored.
• Resend — for sending transactional order emails.

We do not share your information with advertisers, marketers, or any third party for promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain order and contact records for as long as necessary to fulfill your Qurbani, provide customer support, and meet our accounting and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us at the address below; we will process verified requests subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Access to the admin system is password-protected and logged. Payment information is handled by Square and is not stored on our servers.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. For delivery customers, you may also ask us to remove your delivery address after your order is fulfilled.
